Whenever you have issues with your network provider and they refuse to respond adequately, you can dial the toll-free customer care line 622. This is the official customer care line for the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).
This was revealed by Dr Eugene Juwah, the Executive Vice Chairman of NCC, who was represented by Michael Onyia, an NCC Commissioner during the 74th Edition of Consumer Outreach Program (COP) held recently at Asaba, Delta State.
This move will enable those users that have been disturbed by endless messages from network providers to table these cases to the appropriate quarters.
Ensure you have called your network provider first, for them to resolve your issue,before going ahead to make the report.
